PAYMENT
The reservation payment is made through the website.
The remaining rental balance will be paid when collecting the motorcycle via a payment gateway (link), the same one used to make the booking.
Exceptionally, cash payments can be accepted if the customer explicitly requests this in advance.
The agreed amounts are charged as a fuel deposit and a damage deposit. The same amount will be refunded if the scooter is returned with the same fuel level and in the same condition, including all accessories.
PREPARATION
Yes, and you must carry it with you at all times while driving the rented vehicle.
It is preferable to bring them in physical form, but if not, you will need to send an image by email in order to rent the vehicle.
In Spain, you can drive a 125cc or smaller scooter with a category B driving license (for cars), as long as it has been valid for at least 3 years.
Of course, you can also drive them with a specific motorcycle license, such as A1, A2, or A.
To find out what helmet size you need, you must know your head circumference. You can measure it by wrapping a string around your head and then measuring the length of the string used to go around your head.

Please note that, in some cases, even if an XL helmet is requested, we may provide a size L, as some brands’ L-sized jet helmets fit very large, and vice versa.
