FAQ
PAYMENT

The reservation payment is made through the website.
You can pay the remaining balance of the reservation when picking up the scooter, either in cash or by credit card (VISA or MasterCard). We have a card terminal available.
Payments with other types of cards, such as American Express, incur an additional fee of €10 and may not be accepted.
The agreed amounts are charged as a fuel deposit and a damage deposit. The same amount will be refunded if the scooter is returned with the same fuel level and in the same condition, including all accessories.

Of course, you can also drive them with a specific motorcycle license, such as A1, A2, or A.
On the other hand, for insurance purposes, we will require that you are at least 21 years old and that your driving license has been valid for at least one year.

To find out what helmet size you need, you must know your head circumference. You can measure it by wrapping a string around your head and then measuring the length of the string used to go around your head.
